May I also suggest to include the Director General of the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) to be a permanent member of the Council since all industrial designs are registered with our office for protection. Mr. Kenneth Cobonpue is one of our regular stakeholders.

Creativity is an inherent gift to all of mankind from the great Creator. He who lines himself up with His plans stands to get blessed with His creative powers. He is the source of all creativity. The Pinoys and Pinays of the world are indeed one creative lot. Government tapping into this huge reserve is one bright move that needs to get supported and nurtured. Thank you Mr. Senator!

The quickest way to stopping corruption is having an equivalent surefire punishment for every wrongdoing. It is common nature for everyone to abide by the the rules of the land, wherever it might be, if people know that they will pay if they break the law.

Clark Air Force Base, Subic Bay Naval Base, Filipinos around the globe. They respected/respect the law in those places. Law enforcement that works is the key. Law enforcement starts with everyone. Law enforcement must even be more prominent among those who legislate and enforce the law. The culture of corruption everywhere cannot be broken until the law enforcers and the citizenry take on virtues that go counter to all the evil that corrupt people do. How do we achieve this in a land where the majority are corrupt or corruptible?

Thank you Senator for addressing and speaking out against corruption.
